Rose Bransford

 Rose is currently a freshman at CU Boulder where she is majoring in psychology. She was raised in Minneapolis MN, but born in London England and moved to the states when she was four years old. She began snowboarding at eight after many years of skiing under my belt. Through USASA she competed in many disciplines of snowboarding, but over the years, started to fall in love with alpine and the racing aspect of this sport. This past season she placed first in state for both Slalom and Giant Slalom and is currently ranked third and second in the nation for these disciplines. She also qualified for her first World Championships in Rogla Slovenia. Outside of snowboarding she plays on a club frisbee team college and enjoy playing different intramural sports. She  also enjoy longboarding, wake surfing and anything on a board, along with backpacking and camping. Her goals for the upcoming season are to make it out to World Cup races and continue progression.
